The XW-704 series automatic adhesive cutting machine is with different models available depends on its features and functions, compared with the XW-702 and the XW-703 Optional Manual, Semi-automatic, Automatic Adhesive Tape Cutting Machines , it is more efficient and advanced PLC control, it is optional equipped with double shafts with single blade, double shafts with double blades, double blades with four shafts, options made depends on the material and the production needs. Adopting the central controlled touch screen with programmable PLC to make sure each motion of the machine to be high precision, it is available to set up to 10 different width and angle without machine stop, it is also optional to equip the independent automatic angle adjuster to make sure the cutting is neat and clean.

      1-Main Driving Parts: AC motor with inverter is employed and the acceleration and the deceleration are fast and steady
 
      2-Central Control Unit: programmable central control is used and various sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatic transfer and cutting .
 
     3-Operating Panel: all functions are operated on the Human Machine Interface panel.
 
     4-Cutting Roll Positioning System: cutting roll positioning is controlled by the servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the utter seat.
 
     5-Auto Adjusting of the Circular Blade Angle: the servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is +/-80) .The cutting angle is changed directly when the cutting surface is not smooth, so the efficiency is improved.
