Application Material

Ø         Regular Paper,Kraft Paper, Non-woven Cloth, Film, Bond Paper, Paper Board

Main Features

Ø         Equipped with PLC and touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically. Ø         Equipped with Frequency Inverters for speed control. Ø         All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated. Ø         Equipped with emergency switch.

Unwinding Section

Ø         3" air expanding shaft. Ø         Equipped with automatic lift-up loading systerm for heavy material roll loading. Ø         Equipped with Ultrasonic EPC to provide accurate slitting position. Ø         Equipped with 20Kg/ m electromagnetic clutch x2 which is drove by a separate inverter motor, and 40Kg/ m automatic braking device x 1 to material feeding tension control.

Unwinding Tension Control

Ø         Equipped with automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to provide stable tension.

Slitting Section

Ø         Equipped with two kinds of blades: 10 razor type blade and 10 disc type blade. Razor type blade for thin material like foil and film, Min slitting width is 10mm the disc type blade for thick material like paperboard.Min slitting width is 30mm Ø         Equipped with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length.

Rewinding Section

Ø         3" air expanding rewinding shafts is a standard configuration, we can also supply as request.

Rewinding Tension Control
