Wallpaper book cover rewinder is specialized in rewinding jumbo paper roll into small rolls.The machine adopts Mistubishi PLC,Toshiba Sermo motor,100NM magnetic powder break system for unwind roll,and 50NM magnetic Powder break system for rewind roll.The automatic pneumatic knife is imported from the US.The touch screen is made by KL.very premium quality standard.

Machine can build the different air shaft to make the cored product roll and coreless product roll.The different diameter of paper tubes are acceptable,25,38,50,76mm etc,and coreless roll inner diameter can be 25,38mm etc.

When the roll reach the setting length,the machine will stop and the pneumatic knife will cut off the finished roll.

It s high precision to the length setting, rewinding result neatly, easy operation, smooth appearance,very stable production with user friendly.
